Dairy foods provide many essential nutrients for our health and growth.

Kids need three serves of dairy foods every day to provide energy and supply calcium to help build strong bones and healthy muscles.

One serve is:
  • 1 glass/small carton of plain/flavoured milk (250mL)
  • 2 slices/sticks or 4 cubes of cheese (40g)
  • 1 small tub of yogurt (200g)
At Warrnambool Cheese & Butter, we source fresh cows milk daily from local dairy farms and use it to produce high quality dairy products.

These products include fresh Sungold Milk and FM Flavoured Milk and Warrnambool Cheddars cheese varieties.
